Ciklum is looking for a Senior SAP Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Senior SAP Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project supporting the operational reliability and continuous enhancement of an enterprise invoicing and subscription management system, integrating SAP BRIM modules with internal and external platforms to streamline billing, charging, and subscription processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Solid expertise in SAP BRIM (FI-CA, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC))
  • Analyze issues and requirements in close collaboration with subject‑matter experts
  • Create technical specifications based on functional specifications
  • Execute customizing adjustments and develop integration solutions for external or in‑house systems
  • Coordinate SAP developers and execute module and functional tests
  • Create solution documentation in SAP Solution Manager and manage change requests
  • Support process optimization through deep understanding of business processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT projects organized in traditional waterfall and agile Scrum environments
  • Active participation in an agile product team within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Confident handling of SAFe artifacts and ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt)
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and business stakeholders
  • Proficient in SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, documentation, testing)
  • Experienced with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office/documentation tools
  • FI-CA – solid experience in analysis, customizing, and integration
  • Convergent Invoicing – strong experience in technical specifications and solution implementation
  • Subscription Order Management (SOM) – project experience with potential to deepen further
  • Convergent Charging (CC) – project experience with room for further development
  • SAP Integration – practical experience integrating SAP with external and in‑house systems
  • Solution documentation and test management – experience supporting operations and project teams
  • SAP SD, FI, MDG – working knowledge, expandable depending on project needs
  • Traditional Project Management (Waterfall) – experience across multiple projects
  • Agile (Scrum) – confident and experienced in agile team environments
  • SAFe – active contributor within agile product teams
  • Jira & Confluence – strong daily working proficiency
  • German – excellent written and spoken proficiency
  • English – very good proficiency
  • Knowledge of related SAP modules such as SD, FI, MDG
  • Familiarity with change and release management processes
  • Experience in complex projects with high dependency on peripheral systems
