Senior Analyst, VBC Strategy and Performance (Remote) — Guidehealth, Boston, MA, US

Performance management and improvement

• Internal performance optimization by structuring, executing, and validating analyses that identify opportunities to improve performance in areas such as medical costs, patient engagement, quality of care, and other metrics
• Support operational leads in performance management and C-level leadership updates, including regular performance reviews
• Expand reporting capabilities by identifying and scoping new reports for different levels of the organization and partnering with data and analytics teams to build and deliver them
• Identify and validate potential performance improvement opportunities; work with operational and technical leads to scope new projects, initiatives, and capability builds
• Help manage ongoing performance improvement and capability-building projects, providing critical analyses and insights to keep efforts on track

• Client delivery support
• Prepare and aggregate materials for standing client meetings and manage project cadence with Guidehealth and client operators
• Attend, facilitate, and sometimes lead standing meetings (hybrid or in-person) and ensure timely execution of next steps
• Lead ad hoc projects with clients and internal teams using an agile approach (e.g., sprints to improve patient engagement or quality of care)
• Prepare opportunity analyses for validation and presentation to client operators and leadership

What you’ll need for success

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or healthcare corporate leadership development
• Strong generalist toolkit:
  Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communications
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to proactively advance ideas
• Expert-level analytical skills
• Open to domestic travel 1–2 nights every 2 weeks

Salary
:
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

Compensation
:
Listed compensation is paid bi-weekly per standard payroll practices. Final base pay decisions depend on factors including skill, experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
