Position: Business Analyst / Project Coordinator
Walker Elliott is working with a highly successful Dallas based organization who is looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience and knowledge of the software development lifecycle. This person should have skills with managing projects.

The work schedule is hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.

The BA is a liaison between the internal customers / stakeholders and the technology developers. The right person is detailed oriented, innovative and eager to learn. The BA will translate business needs into IT solutions, manage any project timelines, coordinate training with end users, vendors and effectively communicate with business unit stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership and manager for growth and initiatives.

• Partner with teams to be sure projects are delivered successfully.

• Evaluate, test and recommend opportunities for software and hardware enhancements.

• Report on application development and deployment.

• Design and execute testing procedures. Evaluate and draw conclusions from test data.

• Work with the business to plan for training on related changes, upgrades, new systems or integrations.

Requirements:

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or similar STEM degrees.

• Must have 5+ years as a Business Analyst.

• Must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
