We’re looking for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of business objectives, media strategy, creative integration, and data-driven insights—while staying deeply connected to culture and emerging trends.
As a Director of Strategy, you will lead high-profile client engagements and shape campaigns that not only deliver measurable impact across the full customer journey but also embed brands authentically within the cultural zeitgeist. You’ll translate cultural insights into actionable strategies and compelling stories that drive relevance and results. This role requires a balance of big‑picture vision and hands‑on execution. You’ll work
directly with senior clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop and execute strategies that are innovative, integrated, and performance driven.
Responsibilities Cultural Intelligence & Trend Integration- Act as one of the agency’s cultural experts, identifying emerging trends, movements, and societal shifts that align with client brand values.
- Shape and define cultural pillars that clients can authentically integrate into their marketing strategies.
- Quantify cultural recommendations through data-driven insights, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build strategic partnerships with cultural influencers, platforms, and organizations to amplify brand relevance.
- Translate cultural insights into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and inspire client buy‑in.
- Deliver presentations and workshops that articulate the “why” behind cultural integration strategies.
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, sharing perspectives on the zeitgeist and its impact on consumer behavior.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into integrated media strategies, identifying the right channels, audiences, and KPIs to deliver against goals.
- Partner with creative, media, analytics, and client teams to ensure strategies are aligned, actionable, and measurable.
- Serve as the strategic lead in client meetings, presentations, and workshops, clearly articulating recommendations and insights.
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, providing proactive recommendations based on performance data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
