Product Design is key to KOHO’s brand identity and product differentiation. As a Senior Product Designer on the Lending team, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, using UI, UX, interaction, visual/audio/motion design, and prototyping to create product experiences that wow and deliver measurable value across Credit, Borrowing, Cover, and more.

• Work with Product Managers to develop and refine product strategy and vision—why a feature should be built, not just how it looks.
• Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, customer journeys, and other artifacts to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas.
• Iterate through rapid prototyping, user experience research, feedback incorporation, and quick hypothesis testing in an agile environment.
• Collaborate early with engineers, providing design direction and understanding technical implementation requirements.
• Influence all product aspects, from copywriting to lifecycle marketing, within cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor designers and partners, evangelizing a Design‑centric product development process.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline design, uncover user insights, and boost creativity and efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience on consumer‑facing products, especially mobile, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Clear and confident communication skills, presenting designs to diverse audiences and articulating decision rationale.
• User‑centric design principles with mastery of web and mobile standards, challenging the status‑quo.
• A sharp eye for design, crafting intuitive and impactful workflows.
• Passionate about solving real user problems with collaboration.
• Initiative‑driven, navigating ambiguity confidently while creatively solving problems.
• Highly self‑sufficient, excelling at complex problem solving.
• Proficient in modern design tools like Figma.
• Incorporates GenAI into design workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Ready with a strong portfolio showcasing product design skills and relevant experience.
• Well‑versed in designing for consumer‑facing financial products.
