Senior Advisor, Implementation

As Senior Advisor, Implementation , you are the strategic partner and trusted consultant for our enterprise customers. You lead complex implementations, drive adoption, and guide clients through business and system transformation.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Guide Ti and integrated systems for Enterprise clients
• Serve as Strategic Partner and Advisor to customer leadership on maintenance and reliability best practices
• Conduct onsite audits and maturity assessments; identify opportunities for process improvement
• Deliver webinars, workshops, executive presentations and customer training sessions
• Manage large projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Mentor other consultants and contribute to methodology improvement
• Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, demos, and solution design
• Travel regularly to client sites mostly in Quebec, Canada and the USA. (Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada)

• 10+ years of software implementation experience or consulting (CMMS, EAM, or ERP)
• Proven success managing large or complex enterprise customers
• Bilingual in French and English (mandatory);
  Spanish is an asset
• Solid consulting background with a customer-first approach
• Deep knowledge of industrial best practices in maintenance and reliability
• Experience conducting audits and executive-level presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills
• Strong technical skills: understanding of architecture, integrations, APIs, data migration
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience with Guide Ti or similar systems
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools
• Understanding of accounting and procurement processes
• Familiarity with IoT, predictive maintenance concepts
• PMP or other project management certification
