Position: Contract Customer Success Manager, EMEA

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Triage and respond to customer tickets via email and Zoom
  • Diagnose root causes of issues related to API documentation, conditional‑logic workflows, and Liquid templates
  • Identify complex issues and escape them to technical support teams as necessary
  • Advise customers on strategy and best practices for using Customer.io
  • Facilitate onboarding calls and support sessions as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in a SaaS environment
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via email and video calls
  • Proficient in reading API documentation and troubleshooting integrations
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Active Campaign, or Klaviyo
  • Ability to ask insightful questions to help customers resolve issues without needing to code
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a technical support role looking to transition into Customer Success
  • Strong skills in creating end‑user friendly guidance from complex concepts
  • Passion for advocating for customers while balancing efficiency
