- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver complex solutions and provide post‑sales guidance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solutions Architect roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical topics
- Strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols, and security
- Proven time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Technical certifications in cloud computing, networking, storage technologies, cybersecurity, or API/SDKs
- Strong knowledge or experience with Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control products
