• Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social media channels using their unique brand voice
• Write engaging content to stimulate conversations and enhance community engagement
• Ensure online communities adhere to safety and respect guidelines set by clients
• Report issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary
  
  Immerse yourself in clients’ brands by understanding their strategies, tones, and audiences

• High-level proficiency in English AND French with strong cultural awareness
• Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in both languages
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities
• Experience writing for brands and adapting tone for different audiences
• Background or interest in content related to technology, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
