You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM Functional Domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering the touchpoints with other Workday functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
• Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation

• Proven experience implementing Workday HCM and/or other major modules, or relevant cloud/on-prem HR platforms
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage teams, projects, and stakeholder interactions effectively
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with professional fluency in English

• Multiple Workday certifications, ideally spanning HCM and other modules (e.g., Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent & Performance)
• End-to-end implementation experience, with the ability to lead specific module work streams
• Familiarity with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
• 2–5 years of professional Workday consulting experience
• Additional language fluency in Dutch
