- Engage with Vertical Account Managers to provide technical solutions expertise to stakeholders
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers
- Provide design consultation, including system design, quoting, and implementation guidance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through technical leadership
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver complex ecosystem solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solutions Architect roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical topics
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of IP networking architecture and security
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and work as an individual contributor or in a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Technical certifications in cloud computing, networking, storage technologies, or cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge or experience with Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control products
- Experience participating in consultative vertical focused events and roadshows
