Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote Product Analyst to join a global consulting firm.
This person will ensure the smooth operation of systems supporting internal programs while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders.
This role combines application support, business analysis, and continuous improvement.
This position is remote, but this resource has the option to work out of the office based in London, and may be asked to go onsite for meetings from time to time.
Pay-rate: $40 to $45/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

- 3-5 years of experience working in technical support, business analysis, or application management
- Experience supporting large enterprise systems
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with familiarity in core ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Ability to engage directly in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Confidence to present to stakeholders
- Experience working in the financial services domain
- Experience with finance systems or compensation platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Basic SQL knowledge
