- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-Level and frontline decision-makers
- Provide design consultation, including system design, compliance vetting, and implementation guidance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through technical thought leadership
- Collaborate with various sales and technical teams to deliver complex solutions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solutions Architect roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex topics
- Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of IP networking architecture and security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction
- Technical certifications in cloud computing, networking, storage technologies, cybersecurity, or API/SDKs
- Strong knowledge or experience with Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control products
- Experience working as an individual contributor or within a collaborative team environment
