A leading education solutions provider is looking for a Service Desk Tech 1 to provide remote technical support to school staff. You will troubleshoot and resolve software and network issues while assisting educators with technology setup. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of Windows and remote troubleshooting tools, along with excellent problem-solving skills. This full-time role offers a salary range of USD 20 - 22 per hour and is not bonus eligible.

The position permits flexible schedules and encourages independent work.
