We are now looking for a QA Engineer who wants to take real ownership of quality across our products and internal platforms. In this role, you are not just “testing” — you are actively shaping how reliable, usable and trustworthy our platforms feel to real users. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to ensure that what we ship truly works — in real-life conditions, not only in theory.

The Job Your MissionAs a QA Engineer
, you ensure that our platforms are not only functional, but truly reliable, intuitive and safe to use. You are the voice of the user in our delivery teams — constantly asking “what could go wrong?”, and making sure we catch it before our customers do.
You work across our customer-facing platforms (Brands for Employees, Brands for Students, MyAXA Deals) as well as our internal ERP and partner systems. From new features to complex integrations, you make sure quality is built in from the start — not added at the end.
Your ResponsibilitiesTest Design & Execution
- Define and execute manual test scenarios for new features, bug fixes and releases
- Create and maintain regression test suites to protect existing functionality
- Test across web, integrations and backend workflows — not just happy paths
- Think in risks, edge cases and real-world usage
Defect Analysis & Reporting
- Write clear, structured and reproducible bug reports
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide relevant evidence (logs, screenshots, steps, expected vs actual)
- Collaborate with developers to clarify issues and validate fixes
Quality Ownership
- Understand how frontend, backend, database and infrastructure interact
- product teams in defining acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Challenge solutions when quality, stability or user experience is at risk
Work closely with QA Lead, Product Owners, Developers, Designers and Dev Ops
Contribute to sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Help evolve QA processes, test coverage, and tools over time
Your Profile- 3+ years of professional experience in QA/testing
- Hands‑on experience with manual testing and defining test scenarios
- Strong understanding of QA processes, test strategies and documentation
- Experience with regression testing and maintaining test suites
- Skilled in writing clear and reproducible bug reports
- Experience investigating issues, identifying root causes, and providing relevant details (steps, expected vs actual, logs, screenshots)
- Understanding of system components (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure) and how they interact
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English on a daily basis
- Test automation experience (preferably Cypress or similar)
- Performance testing / monitoring / quality metrics exposure experience
You will work very close with our Head of QA (lead) and embedded in cross‑functional product teams with Developers, Product Owners, Designers and Dev Ops
