* What You Will Do:

*** As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology
* From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Financial solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
* As a Workday Delivery Director, you will:
* Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities.
* Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.
* Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities.
* Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
* Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment.
* Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

* What You Will Need:

*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
* Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of TEN (10) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as a MINIMUM of FOURTEEN (14) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients
* Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice
* Exhibits robust knowledge of project management
* Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization
* Experience leading Workday deployments as a delivery director or similar.
* Master’s degree
* Workday Project Management Certification
