** YOUR ROLE**
* ** Lead security governance activities**: define, maintain, and report on security policies, standards, and procedures across the client environment.
* ** Own the risk management cycle**: perform risk assessments, track remediation, and present risk posture and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
* ** Coordinate security operations with service providers**: incident handling, threat monitoring, and post-incident reviews (lessons learned, corrective actions).
* ** Drive compliance initiatives**: ensure adherence to GDPR, GxP, and relevant EU/Belgian regulations; support audits and certification programs (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001).
* ** Advise on security-by-design for projects and changes**: review architectures, perform security impact assessments, and approve/guide mitigations.
* ** Develop and maintain security metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting**; communicate clearly to business and technical audiences.
* ** Mentor team members**; foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement across Transformation & Run teams.##
** YOUR PROFILE
*** 7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in a senior security/governance role within large enterprise environments.
* Demonstrable experience with risk management, policy frameworks, and audit/compliance (GDPR, GxP, ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2).
* Hands-on understanding of SOC processes, incident response, vulnerability management, and security architecture.
* Ability to produce clear security guidance, reports, and executive presentations; strong stakeholder management skills.
* Leadership and influence across cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex topics.
