• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major Capital Platform problem space with significant business impact
• Lead multi‑quarter, cross‑team initiatives requiring deep systems thinking and adaptability
• Design scalable, configurable platform capabilities for diverse capital partners
• Collaborate closely with engineering to define product architecture and system design tradeoffs
• Use data and customer insights to make informed product decisions and prioritize effectively

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent demonstrated impact with complex, multi‑quarter initiatives
• Proven experience leading initiatives at a Principal/Staff‑level individual contributor scope
• Track record of designing and shipping platforms or shared systems
• Experience with complex B2B or B2B2C workflows, including onboarding and compliance
• Strong technical fluency and ability to drive alignment across multiple teams

• Experience building enterprise‑grade platforms in financial services, fintech, or regulated domains
• Familiarity with capital markets, lending, or financial operations workflows
• Background in high‑growth or scaling technology companies
• Experience with zero‑to‑one product development and scaling initial implementations
• Prior collaboration with machine learning or data science teams
