Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance to support overall business objectives
• Conduct various types of analyses such as root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking to generate actionable insights
• Consult with client groups to identify business needs, prepare findings, and present recommendations to senior leaders
• Collaborate with IT partners to provide business definitions and perform User Acceptance Testing on digital assets
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logical consistency

• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in the commercial insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective formal presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Previous leadership and mentoring experience
