** Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant
** The Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant is a senior member of our team responsible for leading end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning from initial client consultation and design to final testing and deployment.
** The Role
***
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification.
* Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models.
* Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
* Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model.
* Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.
* Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality.
** The Requirements
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
* 4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning.
* Strong accounting/finance background
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Up to 15% travel
