Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance related to overall business objectives, collaborating with various departments
• Conduct a range of analyses, including root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking, to generate actionable insights
• Consult with client groups to identify business needs and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders
• Partner with IT teams to provide business definitions and perform User Acceptance Testing on digital and data assets
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic

• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing, and mathematical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective formal presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Leadership and mentoring experience
