• Provide in-house repair service and on‑site technical support for Midas Rex drills, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers, addressing technical inquiries and issues
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on medical equipment and integrated systems
• Conduct technical presentations and training for customers and staff members
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service‑related documentation

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Service professional in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
• Proficiency with commonly used test equipment such as dosimeters and signal generators
• Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
• Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem‑solving
