Our client, a growing name in entertainment is seeking an On Air Coordinator. This is a remote freelance opportunity (40 hours a week) through the end of the year with potential. Must be US based in PST time zone.

The Coordinator is a highly organized, proactive team member who supports the development and production of on air promo campaigns. This role works closely with marketing, programming, and other teams to manage promo workflows, track assets, and ensure timely, accurate delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates clearly, and brings a detail-oriented, can do attitude.

• Understand the full on air delivery workflow and assist with quality checking, delivering, and archiving promos.
• Input and update promo case information in Salesforce.
• Compile and maintain promo-related reports using Google Spreadsheets.
• Help organize, streamline, and improve on air team workflows for clarity and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate hybrid and in-person meetings for the on air department with programming, creative services, content marketing, press, cross company teams, and external partners.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross?functional partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Mac proficient.

• Prior studio and/or agency experience is welcomed.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of streaming services and/or entertainment landscape
