** IT Functional Analyst
** who will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring our systems and data empower smarter decisions.##
** YOUR MISSION
** As an IT Functional Analyst, you’ll be the
** key link between business teams and IT**. You’ll translate business needs into smart, functional IT solutions and make sure data is reliable, consistent, and accessible across systems. You’ll work with core applications such as
** ERP, CRM, and BI**, and play a central role in
** data-driven decision-making and process optimization**.##
** YOUR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **
* ** Business Analysis:
** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements through interviews and workshops. Turn these into clear, actionable functional specifications.
* ** Data Management:
** Support data flows between systems and help define KPIs and reporting needs.
* ** Training & Support:
** Empower users to make the most of BI tools and maintain user-friendly documentation.
* ** Testing & Validation:
** Participate in testing phases and ensure smooth implementation.
* ** Compliance & Governance:
** Keep everything aligned with IT policies and data protection standards.##
** CORE COMPETENCIES
*** Strong analytical and process mapping skills
* Experience with data models, reporting, and documentation
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Attention to detail and a structured working style
* Understanding of compliance and data security principles##
** YOUR PROFILE
*** You have
** at least one experience
** in a similar role
* Familiarity with
** ERP, CRM, and BI systems
*** Knowledge of
** SQL, Power

BI, and SSMS
** is a plus
* Fluent in
** French or Dutch**, and English
* Based in or willing to work in the
** Brussels area**##
