Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in a remote position based in the United States. In this role, you will provide strategic and hands‑on design leadership across our product portfolio, shaping intuitive, scalable, and user‑centered experiences for complex, enterprise‑grade software.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and key stakeholders to influence product strategy, translate customer and business needs into cohesive experiences, and raise the overall design maturity of the organization. You will lead design efforts from discovery through delivery, mentor others through best practices, and ensure that UX is a core driver of product innovation and customer value.
Responsibilities- Lead and evolve the UX/UI vision across products using user‑centered design principles, research, and data‑driven insights.
- Apply emerging AI‑assisted design tools and workflows to improve research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and overall design efficiency while maintaining high design quality.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive user experiences for AI‑enabled features, ensuring transparency, trust, and usability.
- Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, synthesizing insights to inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Own the end‑to‑end design process, producing high‑quality deliverables such as personas, journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Define and refine interaction models and user interfaces for new and existing products, ensuring usability, scalability, and consistency.
- Facilitate design reviews and effectively communicate design rationale, trade‑offs, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure high‑quality implementation of designs.
- Lead and participate in usability testing and validation efforts, iterating designs based on findings and measurable outcomes.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems, standards, and documentation to ensure consistency across products and teams.
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards, ensuring design quality is maintained through development and release.
- Serve as a design leader and trusted partner within cross‑functional, global teams.
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with demonstrated ownership of complex products or platforms.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Figma, including component‑based design systems and collaborative workflows.
- Experience designing or contributing to AI‑enabled or data‑driven product experiences, with an understanding of how AI impacts user workflows and decision‑making.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted design and research tools, and the ability to evaluate and apply them appropriately within the design process.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design thinking, research, interaction design, and polished visual execution.
- Proven experience collaborating cross‑functionally and influencing product direction among diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design methodologies and modern product development processes.
- Experience working in Agile or Lean development environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
