What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support without sales quotas
  • Offer technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals regarding product-related inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
  • Install, maintain, repair, and modify medical equipment and software at customer locations
  • Lead and participate in technical repair and clinical training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
  • Strong technology background and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
  • Familiarity with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
