• Lead solution and deal strategy across a broad team for major customer accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive-level and director-level customers
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify and define customer challenges

• Act as an industry thought leader and provide feedback to enhance product offerings

• Minimum of 7+ years of solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proven ability to leverage AI in work processes and problem-solving
• Proficiency in leading SaaS solutions and sales in enterprise accounts
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers and budget owners
• Experience in a collaborative, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

• Familiarity with the Service Now platform
• Experience in the Retail and Hospitality industry
• Solution Consulting certifications such as Demo2
