• Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for medical devices
• Offer technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals
• Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
• Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure timely resolution

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and partners
• Technical background with proficiency in troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
• Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
• Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
• Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
