Local County Government client seeks an experienced Oracle Technical Specialist to lead the completion of a critical re-platforming project for an enterprise Oracle-based solution. This role involves upgrading and migrating the entire Oracle stack (including database, middleware, identity management, and UI components) to supported versions, ensuring system stability and modernization.

• Database:
  Upgrade from 12c to 19c.
• Middleware:
  Migrate Oracle Application Server (10g) to Web Logic 12.2.1.4.
• Identity Management:
  Upgrade Oracle Internet Directory (OID) from 10g to 12c/19c.
• UI Layer:
  Upgrade Oracle Forms/Reports from 10g to 12c and eliminate legacy Java applet dependencies.

• Re-sign JAR files with County client certificates.
• Collaborate with County staff for knowledge transfer and ensure interface compatibility post-upgrade.
• Implement Oracle SSO integrated with Microsoft Entra
  
  ID.
• Provide technical leadership and documentation throughout the migration process.

• Oracle DB versions 11g, 12c, 19c.
• Oracle Middleware (OAS, OID) 10g and 12c.
• Web Logic 11/12.
• Oracle Forms/Reports upgrade (10g to 12c).
• Strong Linux and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Oracle Single Sign-On and enterprise identity management.
• Proven track record in large-scale Oracle migrations and upgrades.

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database and Middleware.
• Web Logic Server Administration certification.
