• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document project requirements.
• Translate business needs into JIRA issues such as user stories, tasks, and epics.
• Define and manage acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
• Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and epics in JIRA.
• Assign priorities, story points, and ensure backlog refinement.
• Track issue progress and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
• Design, implement, and refine JIRA workflows to align with business needs.
• Define issue statuses, transitions, and automation rules for smoother workflows.
• Ensure workflow compliance with Agile or project management methodologies.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress, team productivity, and issue resolution.
• Use JIRA’s reporting features to analyze project data and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide insights to stakeholders based on data‑driven metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and documentation of all project‑related activities.
• Conduct training sessions to help teams effectively use JIRA and identify areas for improvement in project tracking and issue management processes.

• Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking, workflow customization, and reporting.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Understanding of JIRA integrations with tools like Confluence, Slack, and Trello.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA query language (JQL) for advanced issue filtering and reporting.
• Ability to create and manage JIRA dashboards and custom reports.
• Experience in designing and implementing JIRA workflows.
• Familiarity with user story management and backlog refinement.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
