• Perform complex data analysis related to commercial insurance and overall business objectives
• Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and develop actionable recommendations
• Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare findings for senior leaders
• Partner with IT teams to define business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts and ensure their accuracy

• 6+ years of analytical experience in a related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
• Strong statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Experience in commercial insurance
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Demonstrated adaptability and strong time management skills
