About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role will oversee analytics strategy, manage data projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with advanced analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting
- Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI development
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical models
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $155,000 - $165,000 annually
Annual performance bonus:
Typically 10% - 20% of base salary
