• Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
• Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
• Perform maintenance and technical support on products at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Lead technical repair and clinical use training for staff members

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and field partners
• Ability to troubleshoot with technical skills and creativity
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
• Experience with commonly used test equipment such as dosimeters and signal generators
• Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
