Our Mining Industry client is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with an analytical background and experience working with mobile applications (Apple / Android).

The ideal candidate will have experience in the mining sector, or technical experience around mobile app access and security, and be able to start immediately.

This role is expected to be split 70% analysis and 30% delivery.

• Understands Security protocols (SSL/TLS) and experience working with mobile applications (Apple or Android).
• Understanding of WiFi technologies & protocols.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory.
• Experience performing technical analysis around mobile application security & accessibility.
• Experience managing the technical delivery / roll‑out of mobile apps.
• Experience with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) systems is desirable.
• Experience in INX InControl software is highly desirable.

• Frameworks:
  Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (or hybrid).
• Estimation, roadmaps, milestones, capacity planning, dependency and critical‑path management.
• Release & change management, release planning, versioning, rollback strategies.
• Risk & issue management.
• Metrics & reporting:
  Velocity, burn‑down, lead time, DORA metrics.
• Vendor & third‑party coordination, external teams, contract management.

• Alignment between product, engineering, operations, security, and leadership.
• Clear communication; turning technical complexity into business‑relevant information.
• Scope, timelines, trade‑offs, and constraints management.
• Executive visibility & ownership required.
• Negotiation & influence, driving alignment without direct authority.
