Onsite IDAC Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Workplace Engineer in our End User Experience (EUE) department, supporting a broad span of high-profile clients in our vast portfolio. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

• Be responsible for the completion of assigned works within allocated time frames
• Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project Managers
• Undertake NSR tasks to agreed timescales
• Possess exceptional customer handling skills

• Subject matter expertise and experience in IDAC (Ivanti Device Application Control) and or Defend point – this is essential for the role
• SCCM experience including OS deployment, application deployment, faulting finding, monitoring and reporting desired
• Automation - Understanding of Scripting technologies such as Power Shell, VB Scripting, and batch Files is beneficial
• Security – knowledge of disk encryption using bit locker, NTFS permissions and shared folder security is useful
• Working Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (Service Now)
