Creative Technologist Lead (Part Time)

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Creative Technologist Lead to support a strategic discovery initiative focused on defining the future of an AI-driven cloud product experience. This role sits at the intersection of product vision, advanced AI systems, and technical strategy, helping translate complex technology into a clear, feasible roadmap for stakeholders. The engagement emphasizes research, systems thinking, and early-stage planning rather than hands-on execution.

Full remote working around 20 hours a week.

• Lead a discovery sprint to evaluate and refine the product vision for an AI-powered cloud demonstration experience.
• Assess an existing prototype and supporting documentation to determine technical feasibility, scalability, and future potential.
• Analyze how the AI and cloud tooling landscape has evolved to inform modernized architecture and feature recommendations.
• Partner closely with a Technical Director to estimate scope, timelines, and cost for proposed product capabilities.
• Synthesize research and technical findings into clear, structured documentation to guide executive and product decision-making.

• Extensive experience designing and delivering AI-driven products where artificial intelligence is a core or highly integrated feature.
• Strong systems-level understanding of modern cloud platforms, AI architectures, and emerging tooling.
• Proven ability to lead early-stage product discovery, translating ambiguity into structured technical and product direction.
• Experience evaluating prototypes, identifying risks, and defining realistic technical roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation: $60-$73/hr. (DOE)
