Role Overview

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations and content posting across Fabric AI’s channels.

This is a part-time role that has the opportunity to become full time in the future.

This role is execution-focused. All tasks are clearly documented. You will follow SOPs, use AI tools with pre-written prompts, and ensure content is posted correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content Posting

• Upload videos to Fabric AI’s You Tube channel
• Post content across social platforms (You Tube, X/Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
• Use pre-approved AI prompts to generate captions, titles, and descriptions
• Cross-post content following platform-specific SOPs
• Ensure correct formatting, links, hashtags, and tagging

Marketing Operations (Human-in-the-Loop)

• Execute tasks that require human review and action
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures exactly
• Perform final checks before content goes live
• Track completed tasks and posting schedules
• Report issues, errors, or unclear instructions promptly

AI Tool Execution

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT and other AI models) with provided prompts
• Input content accurately into AI tools
• Light editing for grammar, clarity, and formatting when required

Required Skills

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Social Media Assistant
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using online tools and dashboards
• Clear written English
• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
• Organized, responsive, and dependable
