* Work with Digital Product team to understand Contentful, our Content Management System (CMS), and Jot Form, our webform provider solution
* Mange the site matrix, calendar, and any content coordination needed for marketing campaigns, new studio openings, and regular content and change management updates
* Execute content production for our app and website, including building out new campaign assets, updating and optimizing content, conducting QA/testing and managing post-production fixes across both web and app
* Support ad-hoc requests from studio teams and operational partners about configurations and updates within the CMS
* Facilitate documentation and management of the CMS Authoring Guide to ensure proper functionality and standardization
* Work cross-functionally with the Marketing team to coordinate and align on campaign launches, asset prioritization, and timing across site and app
- ** YOD:*
* * Manage content for Yoga on Demand (YOD), working with Content Producer(s)/Marketing for full merchandising requirements on Vimeo OTT
** EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*
* * Comfort working with modern software and familiarity with products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, or other productivity products like G-Suite
* Great Communication skills – this role works cross-functionally with many different teams, studios, franchises, and more
* Solid Organizational skills – we are busy! This role is responsible for working on different cross-functional projects with varying needs, timelines, etc.
* Adaptability – we operate FAST. Things are constantly changing and evolving! Being able to shift focus areas and priorities is critical
* Attention to detail – there are lots of moving parts and pieces and many details to keep in mind
* Problem-solving skills – the ability to think creatively to meet both company and department needs is essential
* Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
* Passion for Yoga and the Fitness Industry
* Located in Denver
* Able to work a hybrid role – in office Tuesdays & Wednesdays
* Familiarity with Content Management Solutions – Core Power Yoga uses Contentful as our CMS
* Knowledge of SEO & Accessibility Best Practices
