• Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns across SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers
• Monitor campaign performance and support daily optimization activities
• Troubleshoot delivery and technical issues with internal and external teams
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights
• Conduct inventory checks, quality assurance, and ad verification tasks
• Follow industry trends and stay updated on AdTech tools and best practices

• Recent graduate from Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)is
  mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working numbers and large sets of data
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Interest in programmatic advertising, DSP/SSP technologies, and digital marketing

• Experience or basic familiarity with Google Ad Manager, DV360, Xandr, Smaato, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/Java Script
• Internship or project experience in digital marketing, analytics, or Ad Ops
