Insight is seeking a Data & AI Client Partner to lead strategic relationships and oversee delivery for our Devshop engagements in the Data & AI space. This role is ideal for a former Data Consultant or Analytics Specialist who has mastered the technical side of data solutions and is ready to take ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help organizations harness the power of data and AI.
You will combine deep technical credibility with customer management expertise to ensure our clients realize measurable business value from their Data & AI initiatives, guiding engagements from discovery through adoption and ensuring alignment with client goals and long‑term success.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for Data & AI Devshop engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders (executives & technical leads).
- Facilitate strategic discussions to uncover business challenges and data‑driven opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Specialists) to design and deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in governance, security, scalability, and performance.
- Engagement & Delivery Oversight
- Own end‑to‑end delivery for Devshop projects (scope, timelines, budgets).
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

What we’re looking for- Technical Expertise:
Strong background in data consulting, analytics, or AI solution delivery; knowledge of modern data platforms/tools (Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Spark). - Client Management:
Proven success in managing client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders. - Communication & Leadership:
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to balance technical depth with business strategy. - Project Management:
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced consulting/services environment.

Salary Range – $120,000 – $140,000
