• Drive commercial targets by supporting and influencing revenue outcomes across multiple deals and accounts
• Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned products and the Retail/Technology verticals
• Identify customer needs and align them with the most appropriate product options for maximum impact
• Act as end-of-cycle support to accelerate deal progression and strengthen the commercial case
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and other internal teams to drive gross sales outcomes and share best practices

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a technical discipline with 5+ years in the relevant industry
• Proven thought leadership and ability to advise senior management
• Strong customer orientation with a track record of driving complex strategic negotiations
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with large, complex global accounts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms or similar partner types
