• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, proactively identifying strategic needs
• Develop impact models for proposed strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other analytical tools

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Public Health
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
• Strong understanding of health plan operations and value-based care models
