For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Model-Based Systems Engineer
. This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains to developing executable system architectures, building new MBSE capabilities, and supporting high-visibility Navy and DoD programs. You will serve as both a technical contributor and mentor, leading engineers while directly engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery of resilient, integrated solutions.

• Proven experience using MBSE methodology to develop executable architectures, system models, simulations, and analysis
• Daily hands-on work with SysML and MBSE tools such as Cameo/Magic Draw or Rhapsody
• Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders to align MBSE solutions with program objectives
• Ability to manage digital engineering initiatives and deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to identify and build new MBSE capabilities within programs and organizations
• Strong understanding of UML, SysML, and systems modeling standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline

The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 and goes up based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family.
