• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Salesforce initiatives, including Customer Experience portal and Service Cloud capabilities
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements, configurations, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and business challenges
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, focusing on Salesforce flows, automation, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce and related platforms

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with extensive hands‑on Salesforce experience
• Proven experience gathering requirements and successfully implementing a Salesforce Customer Experience portal and Service Cloud functionality
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, flows, validation rules, and platform limitations
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and backlog refinement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical audiences

• Experience with enterprise tools like Zuora, Net Suite, or Workday
• Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL
• Background in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP
