(Job Responsibilities)
- Design and manage Epic security infrastructure to ensure secure and compliant access for enterprise and Community Connect partners
- Safeguard PHI and maintain HIPAA compliance while serving as an escalation point for complex access issues
- Oversee user access lifecycle, including provisioning and de-provisioning
- Conduct access audits and resolve complex security issues to ensure compliance
- Support automation initiatives and assist with Active Directory, IGA platforms, and MFA solutions
- Bachelor s or Master s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Epic security or a related field
- Current Epic Security Certification
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and security protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex access issues
- Master s degree in information security or a related field
- Advanced training in HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST
- Additional Epic certifications such as Bridges, Data Courier, or Chronicles
- Industry certifications including CISSP, CISM, or CISA
