• Gather and analyze threat intelligence from various sources to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Conduct regular threat assessments and testing, including penetration testing/red teaming
• Perform in-depth analysis of publicly disclosed vulnerabilities and assess organizational exposure
• Assist in conducting vulnerability scans and assessments using various tools and techniques
• Communicate security risks and recommendations to management and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on vulnerability and threat management
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, Security+, or GIAC certifications are desirable
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles, vulnerabilities, and threats, including cloud security
• Technical skills in scripting (Python, Powershell, Bash) and incident investigation

• Experience with threat modeling methods (STRIDE / MAESTRO preferred)
• Familiarity with OS security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 and PCI‑DSS
• Strong soft skills in communication, organization, and teamwork
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced cybersecurity environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally and be available for on‑call duties
