• Run and enhance the forecasting cadence for the North America Commercial and SMB business
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reports
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis using existing datasets and dashboards
• Recommend business process improvements through data analysis and testing
• Present findings and analyses to department leadership

• Proficient in SQL to query large data sets
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or a similar field
• Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
• Ability to confidently identify and communicate business insights

• Experience in a technology-focused environment
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and feedback integration
