Customer Experience Insights Analyst – Contract to Hire Opportunity

About the RoleThe Customer Experience Insights Analyst will join a team dedicated to data, technology, and insight generation across the customer experience ecosystem. This group programs surveys, builds automated workflows, and applies advanced analytical techniques to uncover meaningful patterns in customer behavior. While the role leans heavily toward data engineering and analytics, it also requires a strong understanding of research processes and collaboration with digital research partners such as UX teams and Adobe Analytics groups.
A digital research background is helpful but not required; familiarity with research workflows and comfort working with digital research teams will be valuable.
- Program and manage surveys using Qualtrics and XM Discover.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines connecting business data warehouses, operational systems, and CX platforms.
- Integrate data from Snowflake and other enterprise sources to support CX measurement and reporting.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques.
- Conduct regression and advanced analytics to identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and behavior.
- Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with UX, analytics, and product teams to embed customer insights into digital experience improvements.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 – $60.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
