• Manage the identity program, including privileged access management and identity governance
• Build trust and partnerships with various organizations across the employer to enhance the identity program
• Oversee technical and strategic aspects of the employer's identity provider (Okta), including automation workflows
• Assist in defining the technical and strategic direction of the identity framework

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience, or 6+ years with an advanced degree
• Okta Certified Administrator
• Experience supporting large-scale deployments of Okta and asset management programs, including automation of roles and permissions
• Technical proficiency with commonly used identity technologies (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, etc.)
• Experience leading implementation of role-based access projects

• Familiarity with Jira and Jira Service Management
