• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to prevent future issues
• Field incoming help requests from end users via email, chat, and CRM
• Apply diagnostic utilities and access resources for effective problem resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional customer service orientation for internal and external customers
• Experience supporting systems remotely using various connection methods
• Proficiency with TCP/IP‑based networks and troubleshooting
• Strong documentation skills and proven analytical problem‑solving abilities

• Previous experience in controls design and creating GUIs and HMIs
• Familiarity with ISC DHCP, BIND, and server configuration
• Knowledge of motion control, tuning, programming, and debugging of servos and VFDs
• Experience with additional programming languages or PLC environments
• Proficiency in scripting languages and data log analysis
